UPSC CSE Prelims 2025: Last Date To Register Extended Till February 18

UPSC CSE : The last date to apply for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2025 has been extended till February 18. Earlier, the last date to submit the application forms was February 11. To apply online, candidates must visit the website at upsconline.gov.in. They need to start by registering on the One Time Registration (OTR) platform on the commission’s website. Once registered, they can fill out the online application form for the examination.

The application correction window will remain open from February 19 to 25. “The last date for submission for CS(P)-2025 & IFoS(P)-2025 has been extended till 18.02.2025 (06:00 PM). Further, the Correction window of 7 days shall now be available till expiry of 7 days from the next day after the closure of application window i.e. from 19.02.2025 to 25.02.2025,” reads the official notice.

UPSC CSE Prelims 2025 Registration: How To Apply?

Step 1. Visit the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in and the online application portal at upsconline.gov.in.

Step 2. Complete the registration process on the One Time Registration (OTR) platform available on the commission’s website.

Step 3. Proceed to fill out the UPSC CSE Prelims 2025 online application form for the examination.

Step 4. Upload all the necessary documents as required.

Step 5. Make the payment of the application fee.

Step 6. Submit the completed application form.

Step 7. Download a copy of the submitted application for your records.

UPSC CSE Prelims 2025: Application Fee

The application fee for UPSC Civil Services and IFS is Rs 100. Application is free for SC, ST, Divyang, and women candidates.
