UPSC CSE Prelims 2024: Delhi, Noida metro train services to start at 6 am tomorrow

UPSC CSE : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Service Examination – preliminary (UPSC CSE 2024) exam is scheduled to be held tomorrow. In this regard, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) will commence the train services from 6 am on Sunday. The UPSC CSE prelims 2024 exam will commence at 9 am for the forenoon session and at 2 pm for the afternoon session.

Candidates for the UPSC should be aware that the venue’s entrance will be closed for 30 minutes prior to the June 16 exam.

Recently, the DMRC declared that the metro administrations on stage 3 segments will be made accessible from 6 am to work with the UPSC competitors. ” According to Anuj Dayal, the DMRC’s principal executive director (corporate communication), Metro train services on Phase-III sections, which typically begin at 8 a.m. on Sundays, will begin at 6 a.m. on June 16.

Trains connect Dilshad Garden with Shaheed Sthal, Noida City Center with Noida Electronic City, Mundka with Brigadier Hoshiar Singh, Badarpur Border with Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh), Majlis Park with Shiv Vihar, Janakpuri West with Botanical Garden, and Dhansa Bus Stand with Dwarka in Phase III.

Later that day, the NMRC also made the announcement that, starting at 6 a.m., it would provide metro services on the Aqua Line of the metro corridor between the two cities to assist applicants for UPSC CSE prelims 2024.

The National Capital Regional Transport Corporation (NCRTC) also said that the Namo Bharat train services will be provided from 6 am to 10 pm on Sunday in view of the upcoming UPSC examination. The step was taken to help candidates appearing for the UPSC exam at centres located around the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor.
