UPSC CSE Mains Result 2024 Declared
UPSC CSE : The results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) Mains of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC 2024) have been declared. Candidates who have appeared for the UPSC Mains exam can check their results on the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in. Now the question arises what will the candidates who clear the Mains have to do next? Hence, let us tell you that the candidates who pass the UPSC Mains exam will be called for the interview round. Only those who are selected in this round will get a chance to become IAS or IPS.
The Union Public Service Commission Mains exam was held between September 20 to 29. A total of 14,627 candidates had participated in this examination, but when the results came, a total of 2,845 candidates were declared successful.
Candidates who pass the UPSC Mains will have to fill out the DAF form for the interview round. This is called the Detailed Application Form (DAF) and it will be filled out between December 13 to 19. Candidates have to give their complete details in this form. Based on this, candidates will be called for an interview at UPSC’s Delhi office.
The date of the interviews of the candidates selected in UPSC Mains has not been announced yet. The date of the interview is expected to be announced soon on the official website of UPSC. In the notice issued by the commission, it stated that if any candidate is unable to download his result, then he or she must immediately contact the commission’s office by letter or by calling 011-23385271, 011-23381125, 011-23098543. The commission has also asked to contact by faxing 011-23387310, 011-23384472, or through email at csm-upsc@nic.in.
