UPSC CDS 1 Final Results 2024 Declared

UPSC CDS : The Union Public Service Commission, UPSC, has released the UPSC CDS I final results 2024. Candidates who appeared for the Combined Defence Services exams can check the UPSC CDS 2024 results on the official website at upsc.gov.in by following the simple steps given here or through the direct link given below.

Steps To Download UPSC CDS I Final Result 2024

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC – upsc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the UPSC CDS I Final Result 2024 link

Step 3: Now check your roll numbers and names on the newly opened page

Step 4: Download the page and keep a printout of the same for future reference.

A total of 237 candidates have been selected for various defence courses, including the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Air Force Academy. Specifically, 158 candidates have qualified for the IMA, 44 for the INA, and 34 for the Air Force Academy.

The number of vacancies, as intimated by the Government is 100 for Indian Military Academy [including 13 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificates (Army Wing) holders], 32 for Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Executive Branch (General Service)/Hydro[including 06 vacancies for NCC ‘C’ Certificate (Naval Wing) holders] and 32 for Air Force Academy, Hyderabad [03 vacancies are reserved for NCC ’C’ Certificate (AirWing) holders through NCC Special Entry],” UPSC stated in official notification.

The UPSC stated that the commission recommended 1,954 candidates as qualified in the written test for admission to the IMA, 586 for the INA, and 628 for the Air Force Academy. The final number of qualified candidates included those who had completed the SSB test conducted by the Army Headquarters.

Candidates who have been declared qualified in the UPSC CDS I Final Result 2024 will now have to submit their original certificates in support of Date of Birth/Educational qualification etc. along with attested photocopies to Army Headquarters /Naval Headquarters /Air Headquarters, as per their first choice. UPSC will release the scorecards of the candidates on the official website after the declaration of the final result of the Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) for the CDS I Exam 2024.
