UPPSC PCS Prelims Exam 2024 Answer Key Released

UPPSC PCS : The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the answer key of the UPPSC PCS 2024 preliminary examination today, December 25, 2024. Candidates can raise objection to the answer key by visiting the commission’s website, uppsc.up.nic.in by December 20, 2024.

Candidates have been asked to match the question paper through the answer key. If the candidates have any objection to any question, then send it to the Commission in a sealed envelope as per the standard along with evidence.

To raise objection to the answer key, candidates are required to send separate representations for General Studies Paper I and Paper II. They will have to send supporting documents to the commission in a single sealed envelope. It must be addressed to the Controller of Examinations, High Confidentiality-5 Section, Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Prayagraj – 211018. The last date to send objections is December 31, 2024.

Step 1: Visit the official website at uppsc.up.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the link for the provisional answer key

Step 3: Enter your roll number and date of birth to log in.

Step 4: The UPPSC PCS answer key will be displayed as a PDF file.

Step 5: Check and download the answer key. Take a print out for further use.

UPPSC PCS Prelims 2024 was conducted on December 22, 2024. The examination was held in two shifts– the first shift from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and the second shift from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm at 75 districts of the state. Originally, the exam was planned for December 7 and 8, spanning two days.

However, following protests from students, the commission opted to conduct the examination in a single day. Thousands of UPPSC aspirants protested against the conduction of PCS Prelims 2024 and Review Officer and Assistant Review Officer (RO/ARO) preliminary examinations on multiple days in multiple shifts. The aspirants demanded “One Day, One Shift, No Normalisation”.
