UPPSC Agriculture Services Prelims Result 2024 Released
UPPSC : The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has declared the results of the Combined State Agriculture Service (Prelims) Examination 2024. Candidates who appeared for the recruitment exam can now download their results by visiting the official website of UPPSC at uppsc.up.nic.in. The result is available in a PDF format and consists of the roll numbers of qualified candidates. The Combined State Agriculture Service (Prelims) Examination 2024 was conducted on August 18.
The UPPSC has shortlisted a total of 2,029 candidates based on their performance in the preliminary round. Those who have passed the preliminary examination will move on to the Mains exam. There were 40,923 applications for the recruitment exam, and 23,866 individuals showed up to compete for 268 vacancies.
The selection process includes a preliminary exam, mains exam and interview round. Applicants who passed the UPPSC Agriculture preliminary test will next have to appear for the Mains exam. A detailed schedule for the Mains exam will be released in due course of time. The Mains examination comprises two papers, Basic Hindi and Optional Subject, for a total of 300 marks.
Step 1: Go to the official website at uppsc.up.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘UPPSC Agriculture prelims result’ link that will be available in the ‘What’s New’ section.
Step 3: Soon after clicking the link the UPPSC Agriculture Preliminary Result will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Search for your roll number on the list provided.
The answer key for the UPPSC Agriculture preliminary exam was released on August 22. The registration process for the recruitment exam was held from April 10, 2024, to May 10, 2024. Candidates who are selected will serve as agriculture development officers in the state’s agriculture sector.
