UP NEET-UG Counselling 2024: Registration Begins on August 20, Result Date Announced

UP NEET-UG Counselling : The Uttar Pradesh NEET UG Counselling 2024 is set to commence on August 21, with registration process opening for aspiring medical students seeking admission to state quota seats. The official portal, upneet.gov.in, will be the primary source for all related updates and procedures.

UP NEET UG Counselling to unfold in five distinct phases:

Registration for State Merit: Candidates must complete their registration on the official website to establish their eligibility.

Payment of Registration Fee: Following registration, candidates will need to pay the prescribed fee.

Deposit of Security Money: A further deposit is required to secure their place in the counselling process.

Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates will then select and lock their preferences for medical colleges.

Result Announcement: The final phase will see the release of the merit list, revealing the allocation of seats.

From August 20 to August 24, 2024, candidates can register online. Participation in the counseling process necessitates payment of a registration fee of Rs 2,000 through the official website. Depending on their seat selection, candidates will also need to make a security deposit.

State quota seats have a security deposit of Rs 30,000, private medical college seats have a deposit of Rs 2 lakh, and private dental college seats have a deposit of Rs 1 lakh.
