UP Board Announces Inter Practical Re-Exam Dates

UP Board : Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced that the students who missed or were absent for the 2025 Intermediate Practical Exams will be given a final opportunity to appear for the exams. The UP Board Class 12th practical exams will be held on April 7, 2025, and April 8, 2025.

As per the previous guidelines, these exams will be conducted under CCTV surveillance and will be administered by examiners appointed by the regional office of the Board.

“It is hereby informed to all concerned that the UP Board of Secondary Education, Prayagraj, will provide a final opportunity for the students who missed or were deprived of the Intermediate Practical Examinations 2025. The practical examinations will be held on 07-04-2025 and 08-04-2025. The practical exams will be conducted under the supervision of CCTV cameras as per the previously issued orders and will be administered by the examiners appointed by the regional office of the board” the official notice reads.

In case all the students of a school have missed the practical exam, the exams for those students will be held at their school. For individual students who missed the exam, the exams will be conducted at designated practical exam centres set up at the district headquarters, as determined by the District Inspector of Schools or the regional offices.

Students who missed their practical exams should contact their registered school or the District Inspector of Schools office to find out the designated exam centre and appear for the exam on the specified date.

It is important to note that no further opportunity for the practical exam will be provided after these dates.

The first phase of the UP Board Class 12 practical exams for 2025 was conducted in two sessions: the first from February 1 to 8 and the second from February 9 to 16. However, due to the overlap with the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2025 Session 1, some students missed their exams. To ensure these students have an opportunity to participate, the board has rescheduled their practical exams.
