University College of Medical Science physiology professor awarded Annual Award for Medical Humanities

Award for Medical Humanities: University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) and Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital faculty member has been awarded the National Annual Award for Medical Humanities 2023. Director professor of physiology at UCMS and GTB Hospital was conferred the award on December 16.

At UCMS, Satendra Singh is in charge of the health humanities group and has led transformative initiatives like starting the first Asian-specific humanities journal. His backing endeavors have effectively coordinated handicap freedoms into the clinical educational plan in India, advancing inclusivity.
