Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan reviews preparations for Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024

Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024: Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan reviewed the preparations for the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024, which will be held on January 29. “Pariksha Pe Charcha” (PPC) is an initiative led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to address the stress associated with examinations. The event has been organised by the department of school education for the past six years.

The Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023 was attended by 31.24 lakh students, 5.60 lakh teachers, and 1.95 lakh parents the previous year. 2.26 million registrations have been completed on the MyGov portal for the seventh PPSC. The event, which will take the form of a town hall at Bharat Mandapam, ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, will see approximately 3,000 people interact with the Prime Minister.

In addition to the Kala Utsav winners, two students and a teacher from each state and union territory have been invited. For the first time, 100 students from Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) will attend the PPC.

An online MCQ competition on the MyGov portal was used to select the students who will interact with the PM at Bharat Mandapam between December 11, 2023, and January 12, 2024. A certificate and the Prime Minister’s book “Exam Warriors” will be included in the Pariksha Pe Charcha kit given to selected participants.

Numerous school-level events, including marathon runs, music and meme competitions, nukkad natak, and student-anchor-student-guest discussions, were held nationwide from January 12 to January 23, 2024. A painting competition based on exam mantras from the book “Exam Warriors” was held on January 23, 2024, in 657 Kendriya Vidyalayas and 122 Navodaya Vidyalayas in 774 districts, with over 60 thousand students participating.
