Colleague Specialized Official: Officials from the Focal Government, holding similar to posts on normal premise in the parent unit/division or with three years of customary help in the Compensation Lattice Level 5 or with five years of standard assistance in the Compensation Network Level-4 or with seven years of customary assistance in the Compensation Grid Level-3, or from a State/UT Government, or a PSU, or an Independent Association holding ordinary post in comparing grade with imperative experience.
