UGC NET Result 2024 For December Session Soon
UGC NET : The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the UGC NET December 2024 results soon, along with the final answer key. Candidates can check their results on the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
This year, 8,49,166 candidates registered for the exam, and 6,49,490 actually appeared, resulting in an attendance rate of 76.5%. The UGC NET December 2024 exam was conducted online from January 3 to January 27 at 558 centres across 266 cities in India.
The provisional answer key was released on January 31, and candidates were allowed to raise objections by paying Rs 200 per question until February 3. After reviewing the objections, experts will release the final answer key, which will be used to calculate the results.
To pass the UGC NET exam, candidates in the general category need at least 40% marks. For OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD, and transgender candidates, the passing marks are 35%. The exam determines eligibility for assistant professor posts, Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), and PhD admissions.

Step 2: Click on the ‘UGC NET December 2024 Scorecard’ link.
Step 3: Enter your application number and login details.
Step 4: View your result on the screen.
Step 5: Download and print the scorecard for future reference.
