UGC NET 2024: NTA to add disaster management subject from December session
UGC NET 2024 : The University Grants Commission (UGC) has introduced Disaster Management as a subject in the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) exam. The Disaster management discipline will be included in the existing list of UGC NET subjects starting December 2024. The UGC NET exam is conducted twice a year, in June and December.
In a public notification gave on June 13, UGC secretary, Manish R. That’s what joshi declared, in light of proposals from a specialist board of trustees, the commission concluded in its 580th gathering on May 15, 2024, to add calamity the executives to the rundown of UGC-NET subjects beginning December 2024.
The admit cards for UGC NET 2024 have been distributed. The UGC NET 2024 test is booked on June 18. The exam takes three hours to complete. There will be two shifts for the UGC NET 2024 exam: from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The UGC NET 2024 test is directed by the Public Testing Office (NTA). There are two papers in the UGC NET 2024 paper: Papers I and II, in which the candidate’s general knowledge and teaching ability are evaluated, respectively. Paper 1 will include 50 inquiries, each conveying two imprints. In contrast, paper 2 has 100 questions, each worth 2 points. Paper 1 conveys a sum of 100 stamps and paper 2 is worth 200 imprints.
