UGC NET 2024: NTA announces new date for June session; exam between August 21 to September 4

UGC NET 2024 : The National Testing Agency has announced the new dates for the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) 2024 June session exam. As per the revised schedule, the UGC NET June 2024 cycle will be held between August 21 and September 4 at various exam centres across the country.

Additionally, the organization announced that the UGC NET 2024 exam would be administered online via computer-based test (CBT), as opposed to offline via pen and paper this year.

Moreover, the Joint Board of Logical and Modern Exploration College Awards Commission Public Qualification Test (CSIR UGC NET) will directed from July 25 to 27 in PC based test mode. Both these tests are significant for competitors looking for lectureships and exploration cooperations in Indian colleges and examination foundations.

In the meantime, the organization has confirmed that the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2024 will take place as scheduled on July 6. On July 10, the NCET 2024 exam will be held.

The UGC NET June session exam was given in two shifts on June 18, but it was canceled a day later. Over 9 lakh candidates took the exam on June 18 in two shifts in over 317 cities. The Service of Training dropped the test guaranteeing that the “respectability might have been compromised”, in the wake of getting input about the supposed paper spill produced by the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Center (I4C) under the Service of Home Issues.

Following a CBI examination, it was uncovered that the test paper had been spilled on June 16, two days before the planned test. The paper was sold for more than Rs 500,000 after it was leaked via encrypted social media channels and the darknet.
