UGC launches capacity-building training for non-teaching staff of central universities

UGC : The University Grants Commission (UGC) has launched a capacity-building training for non-teaching staff from central universities in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission. The commission aims to train at least 5,000 employees of all 45 CUs in the first phase.

The UGC preparing covers points, for example, understanding brain science in work process, using innovation in work process, getting a handle on the advanced education environment, overseeing scholastics, dealing with foundation matters, overseeing funds, and undertaking the executives.

The students have been approached to get done with these courses in four months. The courses are accessible on the iGOT (Coordinated Government Web based Preparing) Mission Karmayogi stage. The staff individuals from colleges will likewise get declarations upon fulfillment of the courses, UGC said.
