UCEED 2025 Registrations Process Concludes Today

UCEED 2025 : The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay will close the registration window for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2025 today, November 19. All interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website, uceedapp.iitb.ac.in till 5 pm. As per the official schedule, the exam will be conducted on January 19, 2025, from 9 am to noon.

UCEED 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Applicants who passed Class 12 (or equivalent) in 2024 or who will be taking their first exam in any discipline (Science, Commerce or Arts and Humanities) in 2025 are eligible to enroll for UCEED 2025.

How To Apply For UCEED 2025?

Step 1: Navigate to the official website, uceedapp.iitb.ac.in.

Step 2: Upon reaching the homepage click on the Registration Link.

Step 3: Key in all the necessary information and click on submit.

Step 4: Next up, proceed with the application process and fill in the UCEED 2025 form accurately.

Step 5: Upload all the necessary documents and deposit the UCEED fees.

Step 6: Submit and take a hard copy of the form for future reference.

UCEED 2025: Application Fee

Candidates belonging to the unreserved category need to pay an application fee of Rs 4,000, while Female candidates and those belonging to the SC, ST, and PwD categories will need to pay Rs 2,000.

UCEED 2025: Exam Pattern

The exam will be conducted for a duration of three hours and will be divided into two parts- Part A and Part B. Part A will include Computer-Based questions, while Part B will involve sketching tasks on a provided sheet.

The Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination For Design (UCEED) examination is conducted for students seeking admission to Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee and IIITDM Jabalpur. However, several other institutions also accept UCEED scores for their design courses. The organising institute, IIT Bombay, oversees the exam’s administration.

Notably, the UCEED 2025 scores will be valid exclusively for admissions in the academic year 2025–2026 only. As per the schedule, candidates appearing for the exam will be able to download their scorecards between March 10, 2025, and June 11, 2025.
