TS TET Result 2024 Declared

TS TET Result : The Department of School Education (DSE) Telangana has declared the Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET)- II 2024 result today, February 5, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the examination can check and download their TG TET Result 2024 through the official website – tstet2024.aptonline.in.

How To Check TS TET Result 2024?

Candidates are required to enter their Journal Number, Hall Ticket Number and date of birth to check their results on the official website.

Step 2: On the home page, click on the link for TS TET 2024 results

Step 3: Now enter your credentials and click on the login button

Step 4: Your TS TET results will be displayed on the screen, download it

Step 5: Check your TS TET Result 2024 and take a printout of the same for future reference

The TGTET-2024- II examinations were held online for 10 days in 20 sessions between January 2 to January 20, 2025. The exams were held in two shifts – from 9.00 AM to 11.30 AM and from 2.00 PM to 4.30 PM. All questions were Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark, with four options, only one of which was correct. There was no penalty for incorrect answers.

TS TET Result 2024: Pass marks 

Candidates from the general category must score at least 60% to pass the TS TET, while candidates from the SC, ST, or differently-abled categories need to achieve a minimum of 40%. Candidates from the OBC category must secure at least 50%. Those who pass the test will receive a TS TET certificate, which is a mandatory requirement for teaching positions in Telangana schools. Previously, the TS TET certificate was valid for seven years, but it is now valid for a lifetime.

Around 2.75 lakh candidates applied for the TG TET this time. The exam consisted of two papers. Candidates aspiring to teach classes 1 to 5 opted for Paper I, while those aiming to teach classes 6 to 8 chose Paper II.

The provisional answer key was released on January 25. Candidates who were not satisfied with the TG TET 2024 provisional answer key had the opportunity to raise objections until January 27, 2025. The final answer key will be published after considering the objections and will be released along with the TG TET 2024 results.
