Three districts to get new nursing colleges in Rajasthan
On Friday, the Rajasthan government announced that it will spend more than Rs 17 crore to establish new nursing colleges in the Ajmer, Chittorgarh, and Nagaur districts. An official statement stated that the new colleges that will be established at Masuda in Ajmer, Rawatbhata in Chittorgarh, and Nawan in Nagaur will receive funding of Rs 17.70 crore from Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. It added that each of these colleges will receive a total of 24 brand-new job openings.
In the state budget for 2023–2024, Gehlot had announced the establishment of the new nursing colleges. According to the statement, the state government approved the purchase of 125 brand-new vehicles for the District Pools and Revenue Board with Rs 11.87 crore in another decision.
