SSC CGL Tier 2, GD Constable And Stenographer Exam Dates Announced

SSC CGL : The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the exam dates for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier-2 Exam 2024 and GD Constable Recruitment 2025. The date of the skill test for ‘Grade C’ Stenographer recruitment has also been released. Candidates who applied for these posts can check the complete exam schedule by visiting the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.

SSC has announced the dates of the GD Constable exam. This exam will start from February 4 and will run till February 25, 2025. This recruitment campaign aims to fill a total of 39,481 positions across various paramilitary groups and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). The exam will be conducted in a Computer Based Examination (CBE) in English and Hindi mediums. There will be a negative marking of 0.50 marks for every wrong answer. The CBE will be followed by a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Medical Examination and Document Verification.

The SSC GD examination paper will be computer-based and worth 160 marks, including 80 questions. General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and English/Hindi are the four areas that will be covered in the examination. To apply for the SSC Constable GD Exam 2025, Candidates must have completed at least Class 10 from a recognised board or institution and should have to be between 18 to 23 years of age.

The Staff Selection Commission has released the dates of SSC CGL Tier 2 as well. According to that, the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam will be held in January. Its exams will be conducted on January 18, 19, 20, 2025. Earlier, the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam was held from September 9 to 26, 2024, although the result of SSC CGL Tier 1 has not been declared by the commission yet. A total of 17,727 posts of Group B and Group C are to be recruited through the SSC CGL exam.

The Staff Selection Commission has also announced the date of the Grade C Stenographer Skill Test. The Grade C Stenographer Skill Test will be held on December 6, 2024.
