• Experience (30 marks): Candidates with relevant experience will be evaluated, and a maximum of 30 marks will be allocated based on their past work experience.
• Personality/Intelligence (15 marks): The candidates’ personality traits and intelligence will be considered, and a maximum of 15 marks will be awarded based on these factors.
