SBI PO Recruitment 2025: Registration Deadline For 600 Vacancies Extended Till January 19

SBI PO Recruitment : The State Bank of India (SBI) has extended the application process for the recruitment of Probationary Officer (PO) positions till January 29, 2025. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for SBI PO Recruitment 2024 on the official website at sbi.co.in. Earlier, the last date to apply was today, January 16, 2025.

A total of 600 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. This includes 586 regular posts and 14 backlog vacancies.

The written examination is held in two phases. The Phase I preliminary exam will be held on March 8 and 15. The first phase of the examination or the prelims, consists of 100 marks. Those who clear the prelims will next be called for the mains exam which involves objective questions. Candidates successful in the written examination will be called for an interview and document verification.

SBI PO Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government to be eligible to apply for the posts. Candidates, who are in the final year of their graduation may also apply.

Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 years and 30 years of age.

SBI PO Recruitment 2024: Application Fees

Candidates belonging to the general category must pay a fee of Rs 750 to successfully apply for the exam. SC and ST category candidates are exempted from paying any fees.

Step 2 – On the homepage, click on the Probationary Officer Recruitment 2024 link. Register yourself with the required details.

Step 3 – Fill out the application form.

Step 4 – Upload the necessary documents

Step 5 – Pay the application fees online.

Step 6 – Download the confirmation page after applying. Take a print out for further use.
