RRB Technician Grade I and III Exam Dates 2024 Revised

RRB Technician : The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Chandigarh has updated the exam dates for the RRB 2024 Technician Grade I and Grade III exams. Registered candidates can find the revised schedule on the official RRB website, rrbcdg.gov.in.

According to the official announcement, the CEN 02/2024 exams for Technician Grade I and Grade III are set to take place from December 19 to 30, 2024. Additionally, the test dates for the CEN 03/2024 JE and other positions have been revealed. The JE CBT 1 exams will be held on December 16, 17, and 18, 2024. Candidates can also access their e-call letters for the RRB JE exam on the respective RRB websites where they applied.

For both Technician and JE positions, the official websites of all RRBs now offer the ability to download travel authorisation for SC, and ST candidates as well as a link to check the exam city and date. The admit cards for the Technician positions, however, have not yet been made public. Candidates can download them from their own RRB regional websites as soon as they become available.

RRB Technician and JE 2024: Exam Rules

Before entering the exam room, candidates will go through biometric authentication connected to their Aadhaar at the testing location. Applicants need to bring their authentic Aadhaar card. To guarantee a smooth entry process at the exam centre, those who still need to complete Aadhaar verification are strongly encouraged to log in with their credentials at rrbapply.gov.in.

Technician (Grade I) (Grade III) (CEN 02/2024 ) – December 19, December 20, December 23, December 24, December 26, December 27, December 28, December 29, December 30.

JE & Others (CEN 03/2024)- December 16, December 17 and December 18 (CBT 1)

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will be filling a total of 9,144 technician positions through computer-based tests (CBT). Of these, 1,092 positions will be for Technician Grade I, while 8,052 will be for Technician Grade III. Additionally, 17 positions are specifically designated for Chemical Supervisor/Research and Metallurgical Supervisor/Research at RRB Gorakhpur.

The remaining 7,934 openings are spread across various roles, including Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant, Depot Material Superintendent, and Junior Engineer positions under different RRBs.
