RPSC RAS 2023: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has recently released a comprehensive notification regarding the upcoming Rajasthan Administrative Service Examination (RAS) 2023. Interested individuals can find detailed information on the official website of RPSC at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.

The registration process for the RAS 2023 examination will commence on July 1 and conclude on July 31. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) is responsible for conducting the examination, aiming to fill a tentative total of 905 vacancies. It’s important to note that the number of vacancies is subject to change and may be adjusted at a later stage.

RPSC RAS 2023: Educational qualification/Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for the RAS 2023 examination, candidates must possess a degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, individuals who are currently in their final year of study or have appeared for their exams and are awaiting results can also apply, on the condition that they obtain their degrees before the RAS Mains examination. It is important for candidates to ensure they meet this criterion to be considered eligible for the RAS 2023 examination.

RPSC RAS 2023: Age limit

  • For the RAS 2023 examination, the minimum age requirement is 21 years, while the maximum age limit is 40 years as of January 1, 2024. Reserved category candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per the applicable regulations.

The Preliminary examination for RAS 2023 will be conducted and will carry a total of 200 marks. It will consist of questions related to general knowledge and general science. The duration of the Prelims exam will be 3 hours. Candidates who successfully qualify in the Preliminary examination will proceed to the Mains exam and Interview rounds as part of the selection process.
