RITES Limited Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

• The selection process for these positions will consider various parameters with the following weightage distribution: Experience – 10% and Interview – 90%. To be eligible for placement on the panel, candidates belonging to the UR/EWS category must obtain a minimum of 60% marks in the interview, while candidates from SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD categories for reserved posts must achieve a minimum of 50% marks.
