Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2024: Round 2 Merit List Released

Rajasthan NEET : The Office of the Chairman, NEET PG Admission/Counselling Board, Rajasthan has released the state National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 round 2 counselling seat allotment result 2024. Candidates who applied for the counselling can check the merit list by visiting the official website at rajpgneet2024.org.

The merit list considers several criteria, including a higher NEET PG rank, candidate age (with preference given to older students), fewer attempts to pass final MBBS, and higher aggregate marks in final-year MBBS. Selected candidates are required to report to the allocated institutes for document verification between January 18 and 23, 2025.

Rajasthan NEET PG 2024 Counselling Round 2 Seat Allotment Result: How to Check?

Step 1: Visit the official website of Rajasthan NEET PG — rajpgneet2024.org.

Step 2: Click the link for the counselling seat allotment result on the homepage.

Step 3: A PDF file will be displayed on the screen containing the names and roll numbers of the shortlisted candidates along with the assigned institutes

Step 4: Check for your roll number and name

Step 5: Download and take a print out of the page for further use.

Candidates belonging to the General, EWS, BS-II, and BS-II categories were required to pay an application fee of Rs 4,000 during the registration, while those belonging to the SC, ST, and ST-STA will have to pay Rs 3,000. This fee is non-refundable.

To fill the seats of PG courses in medical colleges, this time, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare reduced the cutoff by 15 per cent for the general category and 10 per cent for SC, ST, and PWD category candidates.

Meanwhile, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has revised the NEET PG Counselling 2024 Round 3 schedule. The last date to register has been extended to January 19, 2025. The choice-filling process will conclude on January 20 and the seat allotment result will be declared on January 21. Those who make it to the merit list will have to report to the assigned colleges between January 21 and 29 for the document verification process.
