Railway Recruitment 2025: Applications Begins For 4,232 Posts, Selection Without Exam

Railway Recruitment : The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has released the recruitment notification for the position of trade apprenticeship in the South Central Railway (SCR). There are 4,232 jobs on offer through this recruitment drive for class 10th and ITI pass candidates. The application process has begun and the last date to register is January 27, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website of South Central Railway, scr.indianrailways.gov.in. This apprenticeship will be for one year only.

RRC SCR Recruitment 2025: List Of Trades

The trades which are being hired by SCR include:

— Air Conditioning

— Carpenter

— Diesel Mechanic

— Electronic Mechanic

— Electrician

— Fitter

— Painter

— Welder

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th with 50 per cent marks. It is also necessary to have done ITI in the relevant trade.

Age Limit: The age of the candidates should be between 15 to 24 years as of December 8, 2024. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules.

Step 1 — Visit the official website of SCR — scr.indianrailways.gov.in.

Step 2 — Register yourself and fill out form.

Step 3 — Upload the necessary documents. Submit.

Step 4 — Pay the application fee.

Step 5 — Download and print the acknowledgment form for future use.

Railway Recruitment 2025: Application Fee

The application fee for trade apprenticeship is Rs 100 for General, OBC, and EWS category candidates. While the application is free for SC, ST, and PH candidates.
