Punjab school curriculum to include teachings of Sikh gurus, seers, martyrs: CM Bhagwant Mann

Punjab school curriculum: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Thursday said changes will be made in the school curriculum to teach youngsters about the lives, philosophy and the teachings of great Sikh gurus, seers, saints, prophets and martyrs. The state’s youngsters should take inspiration from these noble souls, for which necessary changes will be made in the school syllabus, Mann said.

Addressing a state-level capability to check the birth commemoration of Bhagat Singh, the central clergyman said this step will assist with sustaining the state’s radiant heritage among the people in the future, as per an authority proclamation. Promising to make Punjab a leader in the country, Mann promised to understand the fantasy of Bhagat Singh by guaranteeing the state’s all encompassing turn of events. On the event, Mann congratulated Bhagat Singh’s relatives, including Harjinder Buddy Singh Gill, Baldev Singh Nasrala, Ravinder Singh, Gurjit Kaur and Harbhajan Singh Dhatt.

The main clergyman likewise declared a remembrance and a library at Bhagat Singh’s maternal home close to Garhshankar. The exhibition hall at Bhagat Singh’s local town in Khatkar Kalan is likewise being overhauled and the work is now in progress. Mann called the capability a festival of the introduction of the best legend on the planet, saying at an age when youths request gifts from their folks, Bhagat Singh looked for opportunity for his country.
