PNB SO Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

• The selection process for these Specialist Officer positions consists of an online written test, followed by a personal interview. However, depending on the response received against each post, the bank reserves the right to conduct only a personal interview.

• The written test will carry a total of 100 marks, while the personal interview will be conducted for 50 marks. Candidates who achieve the minimum qualifying marks set by the bank in Part-I of the selection process will be shortlisted for the interview based on their merit, as determined by their performance in Part II of the selection process.
