OSSC CHSL Recruitment 2024: Registration For 324 Vacancies To Begin On November 27

OSSC CHSL Recruitment : The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) will begin the registration process for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) recruitment 2024 on November 27. All interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website, ossc.gov.in. As per the official schedule, the deadline to submit the application form is December 26.

The recruitment drive will fill up 324 Group C posts in the organisation including 188 posts for the Unreserved categories, 2 posts for Socially and Economically Backward Classes, 60 posts for Scheduled Castes, and 74 posts for Scheduled Tribes.

OSSC CHSL Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must be between 21 to 38 years of age as of January 1, 2024.

They must have completed either +2 Science or a +2 Vocational course in an agriculture-related subject such as Crop Production (CP), Horticulture, or Repair and Maintenance of Power Driven Farm Machinery (PDFM) from a recognised board, council, or institution.

How To Apply For OSSC CHSL 2024?

Step 1: Head to the official website of OSSC at ossc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, go to the Recruitment tab and click on Combined Higher Secondary (CHS) Recruitment 2024.

Step 3: Register yourself on the portal and create your user ID and password.

Step 4: Next up, click on the OSSC CHSL apply online link.

Step 5: Proceed with the application process and fill in the form with all necessary information.

Step 6: Upload scanned copies of the documents and deposit the fee (if required).

Step 7: Submit the OSSC CHSL application form and take a printout for future reference.

The selection process involves a Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Certificate Verification to shortlist and finalise candidates for the open vacancies. The board is expected to announce the exam and result date for the OSSC CHSL Recruitment written examination shortly after concluding the registration process. The merit list of candidates who are found eligible in certificate verification will be compiled in order of merit, category-wise, equal to the advertised vacancies based on their performance in the main written test.
