Constable Recruitment 2024 : The Odisha Police Constable Recruitment 2024 has been announced, offering 1,360 vacancies for Sepoys/Constables. The application process for the constable posts started on September 23, 2024 (Monday). The deadline for submission of the application is October 13, 2024. Odisha Police Constable Recruitment 2024: Steps To Apply

Step 1: Visit the official Odisha Police website: odishapolice.gov.in.

Step 2: On the home page, click on the Sepoys/Constables Recruitment 2024 link.

Step 3: A new webpage will appear. Click on the Registration for Odisha Sepoy/Constable in OSAP/IR Bn in Odisha Police option.

Step 4: Fill in all the required details for online registration and get the registration ID and password.

Step 5: Login by using your registration ID and password to complete the online application process.

Step 6: Submit and upload the relevant documents.

Step 7: Download the form and take a printout or screenshot of it for future reference.

Women, Transgenders and Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) category candidates are not eligible to apply for these posts. According to the notification, a candidate can apply only under one battalion and the option cannot be changed later on.

There is no application fee for this Constable recruitment drive.

Candidates must have passed their Class 10 (Matriculation) examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha or any other equivalent examination conducted by another board. The candidate must be at least 18 years old. The maximum age limit is 23 years old as of January 1, 2024. Relaxation in the upper age limit will apply to reserved category candidates.
