NSCL Recruitment 2024: Over 100 Vacancies With Salary Up To Rs 1,41,260 Per Month

NSCL Recruitment 2024 : National Seeds Corporation Limited (NSCL) has issued a recruitment notification for a total of 188 posts, including Deputy General Manager and Assistant Manager. The application process has begun, and interested individuals can apply on or before December 8. Applicants must visit the official NSCL website to submit their applications.

Qualification

• Deputy General Manager (Vigilance): MBA (HR), MSW, or LLB degree along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager (Vigilance): MBA (HR), MSW, or LLB degree along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Management Trainee (HR): Two-year postgraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Management Trainee (Agriculture): MSc in Agriculture.

Different qualifications are required for various other posts. Certain posts are also open to candidates with qualifications such as 12th/ITI/Diploma/B.Com.

Age

The maximum age limit for Trainee, Senior Trainee, and Management Trainee posts is 27 years, while for the posts of Assistant Manager, it is 30 years.

For the post of Deputy General Manager, candidates till the age of 50 can apply. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules.

Selection Process

The selection process includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by document verification for candidates who pass the test. Final selection will be based on a personal interview.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from Rs 24,616 to Rs 1,41,260 per month, depending on the post and experience. In addition to the basic pay, Deputy General Managers and Assistant Managers will also be entitled to allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA).
