NMC seeks comments on implementation of National Exit Test

National Exit Test: The National Medical Commission (NMC) on Thursday sought comments from all stakeholders on the implementation and conduct of the National Exit Test (NExT). “As per the recommendations of the Committee constituted by the approval of Union Health Minister to examine the implementation/preparation of conducting the National Exit Test (NExT) exam, the valuable feedback of all the stakeholders is invited by the NMC,” the Commission said in a public notice.

In such manner, the partners are mentioned to go-through the NMC, Public Leave Test Guidelines, 2023, the notification expressed. Every one of the partners concerned have been approached to present their criticism online by February 7.

Last October, the Association Wellbeing service comprised a seven-part council to look at the readiness of states and clinical universities for the execution of the Following for conclusive year MBBS understudies of the 2020 cluster. The council will look at the use of NExT as a last year assessment, PG entry and licentiate test and in the event that there is a need to restrict its application. An official order stated that it would examine the level of readiness of states, universities, and medical schools for the proposed system’s implementation in batch 2020, offer suggestions for preparations, and provide a roadmap for the operationalization of NExT in batch 2020 or later.
