NMC invites applications for new medical colleges

NMC : The Medical Assessment and Rating Board (MARB) of the Public Clinical Commission (NMC) has welcomed applications for foundation of new medical colleges, reestablishment of existing clinical courses, and expansion in undergrad and postgraduate clinical seats for the scholastic year 2024-25.

The last date to submit applications for MBBS courses is September 17 though the cutoff time for MD, MS, MDS programs is September 15. The commission has additionally given rules, steps, and expenses to present the applications as well as charges for different cycles like examination, beginning of courses, acknowledgment, change in name, and so on.

As per the means, the accompanying records will be expected for submitting applications for beginning of new medical colleges:

1. Details of the individual, autonomous body or government who is starting the new medical college.
2. Essentiality certificate
3. Consent of Affiliation
4. Hospital details as mentioned in the application
5. Fees paid as prescribed by NMC
