NIOS Class 10, 12 registration for Oct-Nov 2024 public exam begins

NIOS Class 10: The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has begun the registration process for the secondary and senior secondary NIOS public exam 2024. Eligible candidates can fill out the application form for the October-November 2024 public examinations through the official website, nios.ac.in.

According to the schedule, the application deadline for the NIOS Class 10, 12 public exam is July 6, and there is no late fee. Applicants should pay an application charge of Rs 300 for every subject to enroll for the NIOS 2024 Oct-Nov public test. Students will be required to pay an additional registration fee of Rs 150 for subjects with practicals.

The examination fee must be paid by students who wish to enroll in NIOS’s secondary and senior secondary courses under Stream 1 Block 2 of 2023, with their first public exams scheduled for October-November 2024. Nonetheless, understudies signed up for Stream 2 of 2024 for similar courses are absolved from paying the assessment charge.

To receive a passing certificate, students in Class 12 must ensure a mandatory two-year gap from their secondary exam passing year. Students of Senior Optional courses who handled their class tenth after October 2022 (in April 2023, Oct 2023 or April 2024) will pay the test charge to show up in the public tests of Senior Auxiliary courses in October/November 2024 for not multiple subjects (counting previously passed subjects (if any)),” the authority notice read. In any case, in the event that they pick multiple subjects, their outcomes will not be proclaimed, and they’ll have to pay the test charge once more for the following test meeting to finish their certificate.
