NEET UG Counselling 2024: Special Stray Vacancy Round Schedule Released

NEET UG Counselling : The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the NEET UG 2024 counselling special stray vacancy round schedule. The registration will commence on November 20 and conclude on November 21. The seat allotment result will be declared on November 23. Candidates who secure a seat in the special stray vacancy round will have to report to the designated colleges from November 25 to 30.

After being assigned a seat, a candidate must report to the specified college to finish the admissions procedures. Candidates must bring the original copies of the designated documents when they report to the designated college.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the special stray vacancy round registration link

Step 3: Enter the required details

Step 4: Submit and pay the fees

Step 5: Download the acknowledgment form for further reference.

NEET UG Counselling 2024 Special Stray Vacancy Round: Documents Required

— NEET UG rank card

— Class 10, 12 certificate and mark sheets

— Recent Passport Size Photograph

— Category Certificate issued by a Government Authorized Person (if applicable)

— PwD Certificate (if applicable)

— Valid ID proof

This year, the NEET UG exam was held on May 5 and conducted by the National Testing Agency. The exam was held in pen and paper mode in 557 Indian cities. As per the MCC schedule, for All India Quota (15 per cent), Deemed, Central Universities, All AIIMS Institutes, JIPMER (Puducherry and Karaikal), the committee will conduct the four rounds of counselling which include Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Online Stray Vacancy Round.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to announce the examination calendar for JEE Main 2025, CUET UG 2025, NEET UG 2025, and UGC NET 2025 shortly. Once available, candidates will be able to download the exam calendar for these assessments from the official NTA website at nta.ac.in. In 2023, the examination calendar for 2024 was issued on September 19.
