NEET UG counselling 2022: Stray vacancy round reporting begins

For the stray vacancy round of the NEET UG counselling 2022 , the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has begun reporting. On December 23, the MCC announced the seat allocation results for the stray vacancy round. Candidates will have until December 28 to report.

In order to avoid losing their security deposit, MCC offered candidates who did not wish to take part in the NEET 2022 stray round counseling the option to opt out.

Candidates who have been allocated seats will be required to report with their original documents and pay the college fee for verification. Applicants who neglect to do so will have their confirmation dropped, MCC had informed.

NEET UG counselling 2022: Documents required

  • NEET 2022 admit card
  • NEET scorecard
  • Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
  • Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
  • ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
  • Eight passport size photographs
  • Provisional allotment letter
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • PwD Certificate (if applicable)

MCC also issued a list of candidates who joined through All India Quota (AIQ) or state quota counseling from the second round to the final round. In accordance with the Supreme Court’s instructions, candidates on the list were removed prior to the NEET UG counselling stray vacancy round allocation process.
