NEET PG 2024 test city selection facility begins today

NEET PG 2024 : The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will open the test city selection facility today for NEET PG 2024. The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission into postgraduate medical courses has been postponed to August 11. The list of 185 test cities where the exam will be administered have been notified on the official website, natboard.edu.in.

As a “precautionary measure” in response to recent allegations of paper leak and malpractice in competitive exams like NEET UG 2024 and UGC NET June 2024, the NEET PG exam 2024, which was scheduled for June 23 was postponed.

It made it clear that “the test city and test center communicated in the admit cards issued earlier for NEET-PG 2024, which was to be held on June 23, 2024 shall no longer be valid.”

All candidates who received their NEET PG admit card for the June 23 exam will be able to choose their preferred test city once more between July 19 and July 22 up until 11.55 p.m.

The instructions to candidates were to indicate their four preferred test cities for the PG medical entrance exam. The candidate’s correspondence address on the NEET-PG 2024 application form will be used to select these test cities from those that are currently available. In addition, it made it clear that the test cities will be chosen at random and that these four options will not be considered in any particular order of preference.
