NEET PG 2024 Stray Vacancy Round Result Announced, 2,331 Seats Allotted
NEET PG 2024 : The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the seat allotment result for the NEET PG 2024 stray vacancy round today, February 19, 2025. This round is for All India Quota (AIQ) seats, and candidates can check their allotment status on the official website, mcc.nic.in.
A total of 2,331 candidates have been allotted seats in this round, including 11 under the Armed Forces quota. As per the NEET PG 2024 counselling schedule, selected candidates must report to their allotted institutes between February 20 and 28.
If candidates find any errors in their allotment, they must inform MCC before 5 PM today. After this deadline, the provisional allotment will be considered final.
“It is for the information to all candidates that the Provisional Result for Stray Vacancy Round for NEET PG Counselling 2024 is now available. Any discrepancy in the result may immediately be informed to MCC of DGHS upto 05:00 PM of 19.02.2025 through email on the Email id: mccresultquery@gmail.com after which the Provisional Result will be treated as ‘Final’,” said MCC in an official notice.
MCC removed three seats from the NEET PG stray vacancy round seat matrix after receiving updates from the institutes. As per the eligibility criteria, only candidates who did not already hold a seat in the AIQ or state quota were allowed to participate in the counselling.
Step 1: Visit the official website of MCC – mcc.nic.in.
Step 2: Select ‘PG Medical’ on the homepage.
Step 3: Click on ‘Provisional Result for Stray Vacancy Round’ in the Current Events section.
Step 4: The result will appear as a PDF on the screen.
Step 5: Download and save the NEET PG 2024 stray vacancy round counselling result.
