NBEMS extends deadline to collect FMGE pass certificates till August 30

NBEMS : The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NEMS) has given another opportunity to the FMGE qualified candidates to collect their pass certificates. All such candidates who have qualified the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) in the June and December sessions last year can collect their FMGE pass certificates from the office by August 8.

After some candidates presented before NBEMS for an additional opportunity, the board has extended the deadline for collecting certificates. Prior to February 28, qualified students had one last chance to collect their certificates. However, some of them failed to collect their certificates, which resulted in the cancellation of their candidature.

“In like manner, all such FMGE qualified competitors who have neglected to gather their FMGE Pass Testaments because of NBEMS notice dated 17.10.2023 are being offered one more opportunity to gather a similar most recent by 30th August 2024,” expressed NBEMS in an authority notice.

Additionally, the deadline for obtaining FMGE Pass Certificates for the December 2023 session has been extended to August 30, 2024, from August 6, 2023. The medical board added, “The entry slips issued to collect Pass Certificates and clause 10.7 of the information bulletin for FMGE December 2023 should be read accordingly.”
