MP Board Class 5th, 8th Exam 2025 Schedule Released, To Begin On February 24

MP Board : The Madhya Pradesh Board of School Education (MPBSE) has released the MP Board Classes 5 and 8 exam schedule for 2025. As per the official schedule, the exams will begin on February 24. The MP Board Class 5 exams will end on March 1, and the Class 8 exams on March 5. Students who are set to appear for the exams next year can check and download the timetable from the official website at educationportal.mp.gov.in.

The MP Board Class 5 and 8 board exams in 2024 will commence with a first language paper (Hindi, English, Urdu, and Marathi). The class 5 exams will conclude with a second language paper, and the 8th exams with a third-language paper.

The official notice further stated that the MP Board Class 5th and 8th exams 2025 will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes. starting from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.

Meanwhile, the MPBSE classes 10th and 12th board exams are going to start on February 25. The board has also released a new exam pattern according to which the MP Board 10th exam’s 100 marks will be divided into two parts. It includes a theory paper for 75 marks and an internal assessment for 25 marks. The question paper on practical subjects of MP Board 12th will be of 70 marks. Internal assessment will be of 30 marks. MP Board 12th theory subjects paper will be 80 marks and internal assessment will be 20 marks. The practical examinations will run from February 10 to March 15, 2025.

Around 4000 examination centres are being set up across the state, out of which 90-100 centers are proposed in Satna district. The education department has issued strict instructions regarding examination centres. Only those schools will be made examination centres where all the necessary facilities are available. These include furniture, drinking water, toilets, electricity, internet and CCTV cameras. The responsibility of ensuring this has been given to the Chief Executive Officers (CEO) of the District Panchayat.
