MAH LLB 3-years CET Exam 2025 Schedule Revised Due To Clash With Mumbai University Exams

MAH LLB : The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET) has revised the MAH LLB 3 yrs CET exam 2025 schedule. The exam which was scheduled to be conducted on March 20 and 21 will now be held on May 3 and 4 due to a clash with Mumbai University exams. Candidates who are set to take the exam can check the official notice on the official website of MAHACET at mahacet.org.

“CET Examination for the Course LLB 3 Yrs was scheduled on 20 March 2025 & 21 March 2025 at various examination centres within/outside Maharashtra State. Many candidates have requested this office about the clash of Mumbai University Exams with LLB 3 Yrs CET examination. In light of this situation, CET CELL has decided to change the Date of LL.B 3 Yrs CET examination on as follows,” reads the official notice.

The Maharashtra LLB CET 2025 will consist of objective multiple-choice questions with four options, and there will be no negative marking. It will be held online, with a total duration of two hours. The questions will be available in both English and Marathi.

The CET Cell has updated the marking scheme for the Maharashtra LLB CET 2025 for both the three-year and five-year programmes for the academic session 2025-26. The exam will be conducted for a total of 120 marks. Earlier, it was held for 150 marks.

“The Government has amended the marking scheme to conduct State Common Entrance Examination for LLB 3 years and LLB 5 year courses from the academic year 2025-26. Therefore, the CET examination for the courses LLB 3 years and LLB 5 years will be conducted for 120 marks instead of 150 marks. The syllabus, weightage of components and duration of the examination will be the same as before (120 minutes),” states the official notice.

Meanwhile, the MAH MCA CET 2025 will be held on March 23, and the MAH- MBA/MMS-CET-2025 will be held on April 1, 2, and 3. The MAH- MHT CET for the PCB group will be conducted between April 9 and 17 and the PCM group exams from April 19 to 27.
