KIET organises alumni sports meet 2023

The Alumni Sports Meet 2023 at the KIET Group of Institutions, Delhi NCR, Ghaziabad, was jointly organized by the Alumni Engagement Cell (AEC) of the Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology (KIET). The event was attended by approximately 70 institute alums who participated in various sports. The meet was planned to reconnect alumni and keep them informed of the college’s most recent changes.

The welcome of invited alumni by Head-AEC Binkey Srivastava and KAA’s Vinod Kumar Yadav marked the beginning of the sporting event. A Garg, director of KIET, was also present at the event. “KIET is extremely proud and happy to welcome our beloved students, who are sitting in front of us today as software engineers, pharma experts, and project managers,” Garg stated.

Sports Meet is a fantastic opportunity to meet everyone on one platform and discuss ways to advance in this ever-changing professional world. The graduated class partook in different sorts of sports like cricket, volleyball, and 100-meter race.

During the ceremony for felicitation, medals and trophies were presented to each participant and winner. Team Pharmacy emerged as the cricket match’s victor during the event. The men’s 100-meter race was won by Rohit Tyagi, Ayush Singh, and Jatin Kumar, and the women’s 100-meter race was won by Anchal Kushwaha. In addition, the volleyball match went to Shashank, Sahil, Aakash, Akshat, Abhinav, and Anuj, who emerged victorious. On this particular occasion, in addition to the students of the MCA department and other college teachers, the alumni received full support and were encouraged to participate fully.
