On Friday, the innovative action was inaugurated at the Kayanna Government Advanced Secondary academy in Kozhikode by General Education Minister V Sivankutty.
During the function, he mentioned that the General Education department has formerly begun installing rainfall monitoring stations in 240 state seminaries — a first in the nation action.
