KEA KCET 2024 first-round seat allotment begins; option entry window opens

KCET 2024 : The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has begun the first round of seat allotment for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2024. The options entry window has been opened for round 1 seat allotment. Eligible candidates can exercise the option entry process by visiting the official website, kea.kar.nic.in.

Candidates have been given seven days to indicate their preferences for professional courses, which include engineering, architecture, agriculture, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, naturopathy, and yoga, according to the official notice. Three days after the last date for option entry, the authority will announce the mock seat allocation results.

The KEA information bulletin stated, “A candidate can enter any number of options online for his choice of college and courses in the order he or she wishes to enter either in the helpline centers or on his or her arrangement.”

Candidates will have three days to add, change, rearrange, or delete their options after the mock results are announced. Three days after the end of the option rearrangement period, the final seat allotment results for the first round will be announced.
