KCET option entry 2024 begins for engineering, professional courses

KCET : The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has commenced the option entry for the first round of Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2024 counselling for admission to engineering and other professional courses today, July 23. KCET 2024 qualified candidates can check seat matrix and submit choices of preferred colleges and courses through the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

In order to select their options for the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) 2024, applicants will be required to enter their CET number and a captcha code.

How to submit KCET option entry 2024?
Candidates can follow the steps given below to submit their KEA KCET option entry for engineering and other programmes.

Go to the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
Click on the link ‘UGCET 2024 first round option entry link 2024’ under latest announcements
Candidates will be redirected to a new page
Enter CET number and captcha code
Click on the submit button
Enter options and save them using ‘save and submit’ button
Take a print out of the entered options for future reference

“Please do not leave the option entry portal without proper logout. Always click ‘Logout’ link to logout,” read the option entry portal. Students can also check how to enter options using the video on guidelines provided on the official option entry site.
