Karnataka NEET UG mop-up round 2023 counselling begins today

Karnataka NEET UG:  Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the Karnataka NEET UG mop-up round counselling dates for MBBS, BDS admission in the state medical colleges through National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET UG 2023) scores. Aspirants who were not allotted any college in round 1 and round 2 will be eligible to participate in Karnataka NEET UG mop-up counselling.

A caution deposit of Rs 1 lakh should be made by all category candidates to KEA. As on September 12, 682 empty seats were accessible under different classifications. From today until September 20 and September 19, candidates will be able to pay their caution deposits and submit new options, respectively.

Karnataka NEET UG Mop-up Round: Who is eligible?

1. Candidates who have been allotted any medical seat in KEA in first or second rounds of UGNEET-2023 are not eligible to participate.
2. Choice-3 candidates of first round who have been allotted a medical seat in the second round are not eligible for mop-up round of UGNEET-2023 counselling.
3. Candidates who have been allotted dental seats through KEA can participate for selection of medical seat only in the mop-up round, but not for dental seat again.
