Join Indian Army 2025: NCC Special Entry Registration Ends Today

Indian Army : The Indian Army will end the application process for the NCC Special Entry recruitment drive for Short Service Commission (NCC-Spl) Entry 2025 today, March 12, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for a total of 76 posts, including 70 for men and 6 for women before the application window closes at 3 PM today. Eligible applicants can apply through the official Indian Army website at joinindianarmy.nic.in or the direct link given below.

Indian Army Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 19 and 25 years of age as of July 1, 2025 (born between July 2, 2000, and July 1, 2006).

Educational Qualification:

Applicants must have a degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks across all years.

Final year students are also eligible if they have secured 50% aggregate marks in the first two/three years of their degree program.

Candidates selected in the interview must secure the 50% aggregate in their final degree if not yet completed.

Service in NCC: Minimum of 2-3 years of service in the Senior Division/Wing of NCC (as applicable).

NCC ‘C’ Certificate: Must have obtained a minimum ‘B’ Grade in the ‘C’ Certificate exam. Applicants who do not have this certification at the time of application will not be eligible.

How To Apply For NCC Special Entry 2025?

Step 1: Visit the Official Website: Go to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

Step 2: Registration: Click on ‘Officer Entry Application/Login’ and select ‘Registration’ (only if you are not already registered).

Step 3: If already registered, skip this step and directly login.

Step 4: Fill Out the Registration Form: Carefully read the instructions and fill in your details. After registration, you’ll be redirected to the dashboard.

Step 5: Apply Online: On the dashboard, click ‘Apply Online.’ A new page will open for the ‘Officers Selection – Eligibility’ section. Select the ‘Apply’ option for the Short Service Commission NCC Special Entry Course.

Step 6: Fill the Application Form: Read the instructions and click ‘Continue’ to fill in personal, communication, and educational details. Complete each section by clicking ‘Save & Continue’ before moving to the next.

Step 7: Review Your Details: After filling out all sections, a summary page will appear. Ensure all information is accurate. You can edit your entries if needed.

Step 8: Submit Your Application: Once you’re sure all details are correct, click ‘Submit.’ Note that you must click ‘Submit’ each time you edit your application.

Step 9: Download and Save Your Application: After submission, take two printouts of your application, including your Roll Number. Do this 30 minutes after the application window closes on March 15, 2025.
