JNVST Class 6 Admissions 2025 Registration Closes Today

JNVST Class 6 Admissions : The registration window for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2025 closes today, September 23. The examination is held for admission to class 6 for the session 2025-26 in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS). It is to be noted that the last date to apply for JNVST was September 16, but it was later extended to September 23.

Parents/guardians can fill out the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test 2024 (JNVST 2024) application form for students who meet the eligibility criteria through the official website, which is navodaya.gov.in.

The JNVST 2025 is set to be conducted in two phases- January 18 and April 12, 2025, at 11.30 AM. The result of the selection test is expected to be announced by March 2025 for summer-bound JNVs and in May 2025 for winter-bound JNVs.

Educational Qualification: An applicant enrolled in class 5 in a district may only apply for admission to JNV in that district. According to the official announcement, only bona fide resident candidates from the district in which the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is located and who are currently enrolled in class 5 are eligible to apply for admission through JNVST. Moreover, those who have cleared class 5 in previous academic sessions are not eligible to apply for the selection test.

Age Limit: To be eligible for admissions, candidates must be born between May 1, 2013 and July 31, 2015.

JNVST Class 6 Admission 2025: How to Apply?

Step 1: Candidates need to go to the official website, which is navodaya.gov.in.

Step 2: Search for and click on the link that says “Class 6 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test 2025” available on the homepage.

Step 3: Click to register yourself and fill in the required information.

Step 4: Scan and upload the relevant documents and pay the prescribed fees.

Step 5: Once done, cross-check the details and submit the JNVST Class 6 application form.

Step 6: Save a copy of the form and print a hard copy of the same for future reference.
