JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Application Correction Window Opens Today

JEE Main 2025 : The National Testing Agency (NTA) will open the application correction window for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session 2 today, February 28, 2025. Candidates who have already registered for JEE Main 2025 are allowed to make necessary changes to their application forms until February 28, 2025, at 11:50 PM. The corrections can be made through the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in.

JEE Main 2025 Session 2: Who Can Edit Their Application?

Existing Candidates: Candidates who registered for JEE (Main) 2025 Session 1 (from October 28 to November 22, 2025) and have applied for Session 2 (from February 2 to February 25, 2025) can modify the following details in their application:

• Course (Paper)
• Medium of Question Paper
• State Code of Eligibility
• Examination Cities (from the available options)
• Educational Qualification (Class 10 and Class 12)
• Gender
• Category
• Fee Payment (if applicable)

Note: Changes in these fields will be processed only after the payment of any additional fees if required.

New Candidates: Candidates who applied for JEE Main Session 2 only (from February 2 to February 25, 2025) can edit the following details:

• Educational Qualification (Class 10 and Class 12)
• State Code of Eligibility
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Category
• Sub-category/PwD
• Signature
• Paper
• Candidates can also update their Examination City and Medium of Examination based on their permanent and present address.

However, New Candidates are not allowed to change the following fields:

• Mobile Number
• E-Mail Address
• Permanent and Present Address
• Emergency Contact details
• Photograph of Candidate

Additionally, New Candidates can change only one of the following fields:

• Candidate Name
• Father Name
• Mother Name

To make the necessary corrections in the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 application form, follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official JEE Main portal — jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Application Correction” link.

Step 3: Sign in using your application number and password.

Step 4: Make the required changes carefully in the application form.

Step 5: Pay any additional fees, if applicable.
