JEE Main 2025: NTA Changes Exam Centre In UAE

JEE Main 2025 : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced a change in the examination centre for candidates appearing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session-1 in Sharjah, UAE citing the “unavoidable circumstances.”

Earlier the exam was scheduled to be held at Scholars Training Institute, 902-903 Belresheed Tower, 1, NMC Healthcare Building, Buhaira Corniche, Sharjah, UAE (Pincode 4472. However, the new exam centre is – Scholars Training Institute, 1501-1502, The First Tower, Alkhan Street, Al Majaz-3, Sharjah, UAE, with the Pincode 50001.

The JEE Main 2025 Session-1 will be held across various centres in India and 15 international cities. The examination schedule for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) and Paper 2 (B.Arch and B.Planning) is as follows:

The JEE Main 2025 schedule for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) is as follows: it will be held on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, 2025 in two shifts. The first shift will be held from 09:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and the second shift from 03:00 P.M. to 06:30 P.M.

Paper 2A (B. Arch) and Paper 2B (B. Planning) will be conducted on January 30, 2025, in a single shift from 09:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon.

Dress Code For JEE Main 2025 Exam Session 1

For Male Candidates:

Male candidates are advised to avoid wearing clothes with metallic parts such as buckles or decorations. Caps, mufflers, or any form of head covering should not be worn. Lightweight and breathable clothes are recommended for comfort throughout the exam. Jewellery, including chains, bracelets, and rings, is not allowed. Additionally, shoes with thick soles should be avoided; simple sandals or slippers are recommended instead.
